MONTH ONE - THE INNATE GRACIOUS FEMININE
Week 1: Welcome Call & Initiation
You’ll meet your new sister group for the first time with a powerful welcome and initiation ritual to set the tone for the upcoming journey. Your intentions are holy, and you are invited to bring it all in.
Week 2: Invocation Of The Gracious Feminine
There are many myths as to what it means to be in your feminine. It surely does not mean to just wear white dresses and dance around the fire chanting. During this call we’ll deeply explore what it truly means to live from your gracious feminine core, and why it’s so important. Homework: The gracious feminine meditation created and recorded by Aleah to deepen and anchor the initiation.
Week 3: The Wounded/Shadow Feminine
During this call we’ll explore the feminine shadow. For our healthy feminine to be in the driver seat, we need a deeper understanding about how we’ve been wounded. What painful past events made us feel unsafe within our body. There is no journey into the light without first addressing the shadow, and we’ll do that gently and softly together.
Week 4: The Shadow Of Dishonor
Self-betrayal is one of the most dishonoring acts a woman can do. In Venus Unleashed you’ll learn to honor all parts of you; focusing on your feelings, desires, needs, and boundaries. Learn to sublimate more difficult emotions, step out of projection, and into accountability. Let yourself be kissed by grace, and practice true surrender and a deeper level of acceptance.
MONTH TWO - SHAME, SELF-LOVE & THE INNER CHILD
Week 1: Worthiness vs. Wounding - Embodying Self-Love
Learn to recognise when your are coming from wounding instead of worthiness and how it affects the outcome of anything you do in life. Learn to choose yourself fully, and fall more deeply in love with yourself.
Week 2: Breaking The Toxic Cycle Of Shame-Based Living
Shame is something we all know and no one wants to talk about. However, shame is also what keeps us hiding from expressing our true essence. If you’re not okay with who you are, how can others ever be? Come out of hiding, and step into the light. Aleah’s powerful meditation on shame will accompany you through the week.
Week 3: Validating Your Inner Princess
There’s a little princess in you, and she wants to be recognised. She’s been longing to connect with you for so long. To transition into Queen mode, the princess first has to be integrated and celebrated. Listening and re-connecting to her will have you transition into the Queen for real.
Week 4: INTEGRATION
You’ll have a week off to integrate the learnings you’ve had so far. During this short break, you’ll be given homework to continue your self-led spiritual practice.
MONTH THREE - NEEDS & WOMB/HEART CONNECTION
Week 1: WOMB/HEART CONNECTION
Many women experience their heart and womb as something separate. Truth is that there is a powerful magnetic rod going from your heart to your womb. Both spaces receive a deeper activation through specific meditation practice and sharing.
Week 2: Needs & Boundaries
Our relationship with our needs is a very complex one. We carry a lot of trauma around our unmet needs that prevents us from recognising them, and from knowing how to get our needs met. It is vital, however, that you stop feeling ashamed for having emotional, sexual and spiritual needs. Rewire your relationship with your needs, and experience how that brings more fulfiment to your life on various levels.
Week 3: Deeper sharing and conclusion
We’ll use this call to close any open loops or open questions. You’ll leave with a feeling of completion and tools that help you maintain your spiritual practice continuing walking your personal healing and growth journey.
Week 4: Integration
The entire group will stay active for another week of integration. You still have access to Aleah during that week where you get to continue share your process on whatsapp, to enjoy Aleah for another week in your pocket.
