When you order this meditation, Aleah will send you a quick questionnaire that will help set powerful intentions that she will use when channeling your meditation. Upon receiving your answers, Aleah in prayer will channel sacred words from your guides to write a unique meditation that is only for you. Once the text is written, Aleah will record it with her own voice with calming music in the background.

You will then soon get the first version for you to dive into, and provide one round of feedback so Aleah can make sure that the meditation lands well in you. She will then adjust and send it for editing before the final version is delivered to you via a dropbox link.

The meditation usually lasts between 20-25 minutes, and will be delivered within 7 days. However, get in touch if you like the length to be different. 

It is recommended you listen to your personal meditation once or possibly twice per day. Ideally after you wake up in your morning practice, and before you go to sleep.
